Standard support

Self-service materials through the Healthmonix Help Center

Full support for product functionality, including assistance with login, account access, and other technical matters

One 30-minute Microsoft Teams video meeting for account setup and onboarding (includes setting up the practice, registering providers, assigning licenses, completing the profile, and selecting quality measures) (subject to availability)

One 20-minute Microsoft Teams video meeting for help with submitting your data to CMS (includes an agent walking you through the submission process) (subject to availability)

  • All data must be finalized and user should be ready to submit
  • We have limited availability for submission meetings, especially as we move deeper into submission season (January-March). Reserve your meeting early.

Add-on customer support costs $100 per hour. Customer Support Specialist hours are billed in 1-hour increments only.

*If using this meeting to assist in building spreadsheets, the agent will offer guidance on how the file should be constructed so Healthmonix can read the data. The user must construct and confirm the data. Users are responsible for the composition and accuracy of their data.
