Meet the leaders behind Healthmonix
CEO | LAUREN PATRICK
As CEO of Healthmonix, Lauren specializing in innovative registry, quality improvement, and analytics programs to improve patient outcomes and lower cost. She has been implementing game-changing healthcare tools for over a decade, building on her background at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini where she led large-scale IT implementation projects. Lauren is currently focused on working with provider organizations to strategically leverage value-based care programs to achieve better outcomes and increased revenue.
Lauren holds a B.S. from Bowling Green State University in Computer Science /Mathematics, and an M.S. from Case Western Research University in Computer Engineering.
She enjoys bicycling, the ocean, playing trivia games, and volunteering in her community.
CTO, SECURITY & PRIVACY | EDUARDO CHAVERO
With over 25 years of experience leading IT services and security frameworks, Eduardo serves as Chief Technology Officer, and Security and Privacy Officer for Healthmonix. His primary focus is on information security to comply with HIPAA and PCI, in addition to protecting ePHI and PII confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Eduardo is also in charge of Healthmonix's infrastructure (servers/desktops/phones/routers/etc.), both on premises and in the cloud. Additional responsibilities include managing IT vendor relationships, IT security, IT governance, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Prior to joining Healthmonix, Eduardo gained extensive experience in the healthcare, security frameworks, IT managed services, banking, and consulting sectors. He is an expert at leading cross-functional projects with a strong infrastructure, applications, security, and data background that adds short/middle/long term value to the business.
Eduardo holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Zacatepec Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified HIPAA Security Professional, ITIL Foundation Certified, ITIL Service Owner, Certified Scrum Master and is currently studying to present the CISSP test certification.
Eduardo loves to play soccer, but can play any sport. Currently during pandemic times, he is lifting weights, doing cardio and daily walks. He also loves the theater, and enjoys going to Broadway whenever he has the chance.
VP, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT | PETER GLENN
As VP of Software Development, Peter drives technology innovation at Healthmonix, with a prime focus on how to improve the user experience. He also oversees high-level engineering and architecture for multiple teams on all Healthmonix products and technology.
Prior to Healthmonix, Peter served in software development leadership roles for Music Choice and TA Instruments. His career has focused on software development in a variety of industries, with detailed attention to cloud technology, large-scale enterprise architecture and product development best practices.
Peter studied Geo-Environmental Engineering at Penn State University. He is highly qualified in Scrum, receiving the Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) certifications as well as receiving his Project Management Professional certification from PMI. He has also earned multiple technology certifications from Microsoft and Amazon Web Services.
In his free time, Peter is an avid soccer fanatic (both watching and playing) and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Naturally, Peter’s top interest remains in technology and software development, even outside of work.
DIRECTOR, SALES | MICHAEL LEWIS
At Healthmonix, Mike oversees the sales department that includes the provider, hospital, and partner verticals. His responsibilities include cultivating enterprise accounts, driving growth, value-based education, and developing and mentoring the sales team.
Mike has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare. In his most recent role prior to Healthmonix, he consulted specialty practices throughout the nation on MIPS, PQRS, MU, VBM, and EMR implementation.
Mike holds a BS in Marketing from Rutgers University School of Business and an MBA from Drexel’s Lebow School of Business.
He loves the roots he has built in South Jersey with his wife and two kids with access to his favorite sports teams Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and Flyers. He spends his time coaching his kids sports teams, renovating his house, and spending time outside whether it is down the shore or in the mountains.
