Percentage of ED visits for pediatric patients with Asthma, Bronchiolitis or Croup for whom a Chest X-ray was ordered/performed.

Denominator

All patients aged 18 years or less coming to the Emergency Department with a diagnosis of Asthma, Bronchiolitis or Croup

Numerator

All patients aged 18 years and less with a diagnosis of Asthma, Bronchiolitis or Croup and for whom a chest x-ray was ordered/performed.

Denominator Exclusions

History of Cystic Fibrosis, Airway Malformations, Immunodeficiency Syndromes, Pneumonia
