Healthmonix Prism™ has an Upload Patients button to import files. Customers who upload patient information to Healthmonix Prism in QRDA1 format can:
- Search for a single patient and export all data uploaded for this patient in Healthmonix Prism
- See data exported to a zip folder containing an XML file for the patient as per the applicable CMS measure
- Export data for all patients in a zip folder containing XML files from Healthmonix Prism
- Export a single patient as a QRDA1 XML file

Healthmonix Prism supports authentication with industry-recognized standards. The platform uses email for multi-factor authentication.
