FAQs

Is there an actual contract or a one-time fee?

MIPSpro is a subscription-based platform with licenses billed annually per provider, for each MIPS reporting year.

How do I report the Cost category?

You don’t. Cost is evaluated based on Medicare claims data, but you can impact it by purchasing MIPS Cost Analytics which adds Medicare cost data to your reporting platforms.

What is the reporting period?

For Quality and Cost, it’s the entire year. It’s 180 days for Promoting Interoperability and 90 days for Improvement Activities.

Why is there an implementation fee?

The implementation fee covers your training, setup, and technical implementation.

What are the next steps after I purchase? 

You’ll start onboarding and setting up your practice in MIPSpro.

What is included in customer support?

Our U.S.-based Customer Support team is available Monday-Friday. We offer 3 levels of assistance: live support, account management, and consulting.  

Live support is available via email, chat, and phone.  You can expect support with onboarding plus self-serve educational materials including the Healthmonix Help Center, our newsletter, and webinars.
