He brings more than 15 years of focused experience in MIPS consulting, data submission, and EMR implementation, helping provider organizations, health systems, and ACOs navigate complexity while driving measurable results.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Mike works at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and execution. He is known for translating regulatory and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions, building scalable workflows, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to support long-term customer success and growth.
