Description: Percentage of adult patients who came to the Emergency Department with low-risk chest pain and were discharged
Denominator: All adult patients 35-64 years of age with an ED diagnosis of chest pain
Numerator: All adult patients 35-64 years of age with an ED diagnosis of chest pain who were discharged
Denominator Exclusions: Diagnosis warranting admission: MI, pneumonia, PE, aortic dissection, PTX, dysrhythmia, esophageal rupture, cholecystitis, pancreatitis – Other Diagnosis: Active cancer, ESRD, ESLD, SLE, AIDS, cardiomyopathy, coagulopathy, LBBB
